Email marketing audit

An email marketing audit that starts with whether it sent

A scored audit of the email program: what is really sending, what your list is worth, which dashboard numbers are fiction, and what is capping the whole thing upstream.

What gets checked

Sends against list size for every flow. Revenue per recipient rather than open rate. Deliverability and list health. The share of total store revenue email actually produces. And the visitor identification rate, which is usually the real ceiling.

Capture is upstream of everything

On one client account browse abandonment looked broken at zero orders. It was starved. The store could identify about 0.8 percent of roughly 7,500 monthly visitors, so the flow was already reaching nearly everyone available to it. No amount of rewriting that email would have moved anything. The lever was capture.

What fixing it produced

On the client account on this site, flow revenue went from $2,062 over six weeks to $6,813 over four once the sequence was actually sending. Weekly send volume went from 52 to 552. The full before and after is on the result page.

What you get

The scored report, the raw pulls, and a fix list in priority order. If email is not your constraint, the report says so and names what is.
