Who
Herbert Timpson. I build owned traffic for Shopify and direct to consumer brands: organic search, AI answer visibility, and email. I am in the account doing the work, not reviewing someone else's.
Background that matters for this job, and only the parts that do. Fifteen years in operations and finance across SaaS and land development, including seven years running business operations at a software company where the work was retention, onboarding and the KPIs that decide whether revenue holds. An MBA with a finance concentration. And a farm background: I grew up raising sheep in the mountains above Mount Pleasant, Utah, and I still pull product out of a freezer and pack boxes for a direct to consumer brand on a Saturday. That last part is why food and agriculture clients tend to find me credible quickly.
The standard on this site is simple. If a result is not live, sourced, and visible in a real account, it does not get presented as proof.

- A skill, language or credential I do not have. Every claim on this site is one I can defend.
