The 10 point owned traffic audit.
Ten checks on whether your store can be found, can be cited, and can keep the traffic it already pays for. You get the findings, the raw pulls, and a fix list in priority order. If search is not your bottleneck, the report says so and names what is.

Ordered by certainty. The early items are the ones where the answer is unambiguous and the fix is known, which is why they come first.
| Check | What it establishes |
|---|---|
| 1. Reachability | Can the search and AI crawlers actually fetch the pages that matter, at the server and the CDN. The highest certainty check and the one most often skipped. |
| 2. Index reality | Which product and collection pages are indexed, which are not, and how much of the not indexed list is benign variant noise versus real loss. |
| 3. Catalog coverage | Whether your highest value products are published to the free surfaces. On one client account the top three products, 31.5 percent of attributed revenue, had never been submitted at all. |
| 4. Ranking gaps | The queries where the store should appear and does not, with the gap sized rather than listed. |
| 5. AI answer position | A fixed panel of buyer questions run across the engines, recording mentioned, cited, and who gets named instead of you. |
| 6. Identification rate | What share of your monthly visitors the store can actually identify. Below roughly 2 percent, every email flow downstream is starved no matter how it is built. |
| 7. Email reality check | Sends against list size per flow. This is the check that found a live sequence which had sent 7 emails in 90 days to 488 people. |
| 8. Metric integrity | Which numbers on your dashboards are real. Open rate above roughly 50 percent is machines, not people. |
| 9. Attribution defects | Where tagging is broken badly enough that your channel report is telling you the wrong story about what earns. |
| 10. Revenue basis | Whether revenue is booked on a basis that makes period comparisons valid. |
What you get
A scored report, the raw pulls behind every figure, and the fix list in priority order with the reason each item sits where it does.
What it costs
The first conversation and the reachability check cost nothing. If the opportunity is not real I will tell you on the call rather than sell you a retainer.
What I will not do
Guarantee an AI citation, sell you a text file as a strategy, or quote you a number I cannot source.
